These terms govern your use of the Sion Clearwater Campus website. By browsing this site or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About this website
This site is published by Sion Clearwater Campus, an independent school located at Clearwater Estate, Atlas Road, Parkhaven, Boksburg, South Africa (EMIS number 700401025). It exists to give prospective and current families information about the School.
2. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this site current, but curriculum details, fees, dates, facilities, and staffing may change. Nothing published here forms part of a contract, and figures or dates shown should be confirmed with the School office before you rely on them.
3. Admissions enquiries
Submitting an enquiry or application form through this site does not create a place at the School, nor does it oblige the School to offer one. Admission is subject to the School's own application process, available places, and acceptance of the School's enrolment contract and code of conduct.
4. Acceptable use
You may use this site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, submit false or abusive content through its forms, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
5. Intellectual property
The Sion Clearwater Campus name, crest, logo, text, photographs, and page designs on this site belong to the School or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without written permission from the School.
6. Links to other sites
Where this site links to third-party pages, such as the School's Facebook page, those pages are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information.

We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of error, and to the extent the law allows, the School is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
